Reliance Fire Company Fire Truck Museum and Antique Fire Truck Restoration Facility

ALF Restoration - Lawrenceburg, TN

We delivered this 1928 ALF to the Lawrenceburg Fire Department in June of 2007.  The rig was in good running condition when received but required paint, upholstery, radiator work, decoration, etc.  The restoration took about 1200 man hours to complete.

The picture to the left shows the truck as received.  We performed a variety of checks on the mechanicals of the truck to ensure that all was well before beginning the disassembly process.  The pictures below show the truck after disassembly, blasting, and repainting of many of the components.
